Instructions to install our Ultra Light Hydraulic Brake Kit
**Important, Do not bleed kit while it is installed on the bike. Bleed brake
before installation. |

1. Bend, grind, or cut away as needed, the bracket that held the old
brake cable/spring. So there is room for the linkage |
|
2. Cut brake line to desired length and install brake line. To install
brake lines, push the line into the connector on the |
|
3. Next hold the caliper on the rotor and adjust the brake pads using an Allen
wrench and turning the bolts on the side |
|
4. Pull the kit off the caliper and bleed the kit. Please refer to the bleeding
instructions listed on the support page. |

5. After bleeding install rear brake bracket and caliper. |
|
6. Install front bracket, master cylinder and linkage and adjust linkage.
By adjusting the linkage this will adjust your pedal travel. |

7. Adjust collar on master cylinder using an Allen wrench. This will adjust your
pedal travel. |
