Instructions to Bleed our Self Adjusting Hydraulic Brake Kit

**There can be no tension on the master cylinder arm while bleeding.
1. Attach the stainless steel brake lines or nylon brake lines to the master cylinder and caliper. |

2. Remove the red cap from the master cylinder. |
|
3. Fill master cylinder reservoir to approximately 1/16" from the top. |
|
4. Install bleeder adaptor in the top of the master cylinder. |
|
5. Tighten all bleed screws, then open them 1/2 to 1 turn each. |
|
6. Place the nozzle on the bleeder bottle. |
|
7. Place nozzle of bleeder bottle on the bleeder adaptor of master cylinder
to force |
|
8. When fluid comes out of the caliper bleed screws, without air bubbles,
tighten them. |
|
9. Remove bleeder bottle and the bleeder adaptor from the
master cylinder. |
|
10. Re-check reservoir level and fill if necessary. |
|
11. Install cap in master cylinder. |
|
12. Pump on your brake pedal several times, until
the brake pads move forward to the rotor, then refill the master cylinder with brake fluid. You may need to repeat this process several times. |
