Instructions to install our Billet Hydraulic Brake Kit with Nylon Brake Lines

***We recommend that you remove the red boot on the front of the master cylinder
and |
|
***Important, Do not bleed kit while it is installed on the bike. bleed brake
before installation. |
|
1.Cut nylon brake line to desired length and attach the
nylon brake lines to the master cylinder and caliper as shown in picture. |
|
2. Bleed as per the instructions included in the kit or
visit the bleeding section on our support page. |
|
3. Bend or Grind away as needed, the bracket that held the old
brake cable/spring. |
|
4. Remove the old caliper and bracket and install the
new rear brake bracket and caliper. |
|
5. Mount the front master cylinder bracket, as shown in
picture. |
|
6. Add washers between the bracket and master cylinder,
as needed, so there is clearance for the kick starter. |
|
7. Attach the brake yoke to the master cylinder arm.

8. If running with stock foot guards, you may need to
add washers between the frame and the |
|
9.Adjust the brake pads using an Allen
wrench and turning the bolts on the side of the caliper. |
|
10. After adjusting the brake pads where you would like
them. It is very important to take off the red cap on the |
